Eligibility and Account Registration
PK1 is an online gaming and sports betting platform available exclusively to individuals based in the Philippines who meet all of the following eligibility requirements.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Proof of age is required during the KYC verification process.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate registrations, bots, and automated account creation tools are not permitted.
- Each individual may hold only one PK1 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited pending review.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.
- You must not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from accessing online gaming services at the time of registration or at any time your account is active.
- You are registering on your own behalf and for your personal entertainment. Registration on behalf of a third party is not allowed.
PK1 reserves the right to request identity documents and supporting information at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify continued eligibility. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Account Responsibilities
Once your PK1 account is registered, you are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your login credentials. Keep your username, password, and OTP codes secure and do not share them with anyone.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
- Any bet placed, game session started, or withdrawal requested from your account while logged in is treated as authorised by you.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact PK1 support immediately at [email protected]. PK1 is not liable for losses resulting from delayed notification.
- You must keep your registered contact details up to date. PK1 will use your registered email and mobile number for account verification, OTP delivery, and important platform notices.
- You must not attempt to access another player's account or use another person's payment method to fund your PK1 wallet.
Deposits and PHP Wallet
All funds held on PK1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are accepted through approved local payment channels only. PK1 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as a means of depositing funds for wagering purposes.
- Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and Philippine online or mobile banking and bank transfer services.
- All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted and may result in account restriction.

Betting and Gameplay Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific market or game rule explicitly permits it.

Withdrawals and Payouts
Withdrawals from your PK1 PHP wallet are available once your KYC verification is approved. Completed KYC is a one-time requirement and permanently unlocks your withdrawal capability for the life of your account.
- Withdrawals are processed in PHP to the payment account registered in your own name. PK1 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- You may withdraw to an approved Philippine e-wallet or Philippine bank account. The withdrawal method must match the name on your PK1 account.

- PK1 is only available to players aged 21 and above. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed and remaining balances handled according to applicable review procedures.

- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

- Using a payment method not registered in your own name or depositing funds on behalf of another player.

- Threatening, harassing, or abusing PK1 staff or other platform users.
Account Suspension and Closure
PK1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to pass KYC verification, or inactivity over an extended period.
- Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PK1 will notify the account holder at their registered email address where possible.
- Verified real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation and satisfaction of applicable verification requirements.
- Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering conditions at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PK1's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's verified account at the time the claim arises. PK1 is not liable for the following.
- Losses resulting from a player's decision to wager, regardless of the outcome of any bet or game session.
- Interruptions to platform access due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events outside PK1's reasonable control.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
- Loss of data or account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
Changes to These Terms
PK1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PK1 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the PK1 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
